In implementation of the decision of the Union’s General Assembly, which was held in March 2013 in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the electronic (digital) library was launched, which represents a very important step toward familiarity with the rulings and decisions of the Arab constitutional courts and councils and supreme courts of members states, as well as important relevant writings in the field of constitutional and legal research. Creating that library is the result of a continuous effort of the working group of the Secretariat General of the Union to create it using the latest scientific and technical methods. To benefit from this library, it was designed in a way that ensures its data security.
