Condolences on the death of the Emir of Kuwait

With utmost grief and sorrow, we received the news of the death of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Sabah, the Emir of the State of Kuwait, may Allah bestows mercy upon him and rest him in His widely vast paradise.

The Secretary-General and the Deputy Secretary-General of the Union of
Arab Constitutional Courts and Councils, on their own behalf, and on
behalf of the members of the Union, express their sincere condolences,
grief and solidarity with Libya and its brotherly people over
‘catastrophic’ floods caused by Storm Daniel. Wishing a speedy recovery
for the injured. We hope that the crisis will pass quickly.

With hearts full of faith in Allah Almighty, and satisfied with His justice
and destiny, the Secretary-General and the Deputy Secretary-General of
the Union of Arab Constitutional Courts and Councils, on their own
behalf, and on behalf of the members of the Union, extend their deepest
condolences and sincere feelings of compassion to the government and
people of the Kingdom of Morocco, praying to the Almighty to surround
the quake victims with His Holy mercy and to grant patience to their
loved ones, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
