Appointment of His Excellency justice/ Boulos FAHMY Iskandar

as President of the Supreme Constitutional Court of the Arab Republic of Egypt

On the 8^th of February, 2022, the Official Gazette published the decision of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, No. 51 of 2022, appointing His Excellency justice/ Boulos FAHMY Iskandar, as President of the Supreme Constitutional Court of the Arab Republic of Egypt, as of 9^th of February, 2022, successor to His Excellency justice/ Saeed Marei Amr, former President of the Supreme Constitutional Court.

His Excellency justice/ Boulos FAHMY Iskandar, took the constitutional oath, as President of the Supreme Constitutional Court of the Arab Republic of Egypt, before His Excellency President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, on Wednesday, 9^th of February, 2022, becoming the 19^th President of the Court.
